First time meeting cost is $125
this allows us to get to know each other and have the time to answer all questions from you or from me. after that the cost is as follows:
30 minutes = $55
45 minutes = $75
60 minutes = $100
Description of techniques:
Lymphatic massage: Uses a gentle touch to activate the lymph and interstitial fluid circulation as well as stimulate the functioning of the immune and parasympathetic nervous systems. It is shown that when these actions are accomplished, the results can be:
- Reduction in edemas (swelling) and lymphedemas of various origins
- Detoxification of the body
- Relief of numerous chronic and subacute inflammations, including sinusitis and otitis
- Relief of chronic pain
- Reduction in the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia
- Deep relaxation to aid insomnia and stress
Myofascial Release or Scar work: This technique stretches and manipulates the muscle tissue to relieve tension in the fascia, which is the thin tissue covering muscle fiber. This technique could also improve scar restrictions thus improving tissue mobility and decrease in pain.
Swedish massage: Is the most common technique used in spa to promote relaxation of the body and mind, increase blood circulation, and decrease stress.
Reiki: Is a simple and gentle hands-on technique with the goal of improving the flow of life energy at a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. In this treatment, the client is fully clothed.
