Covid Precautions: MASK MUST BE WORN OVER THE NOSE AND MOUTH by client and therapist AT ALL TIMES. My room is equipped with an air purifier that is running 24/7.

1. Once you get here at the office, your temperature will be taken via a no touch thermometer (mine reads one digit less that what your temperature really is) if it in 99 i will ask you to reschedule.  then I will ask you to wash your hands at the sink in my room.

2. I will ask you several questions that you probably have heard from doctors office and other medical settings.  However, I will also include a question asking if you have been in any large gatherings and or have traveled and or met with people outside your normal household.  Depending on what the answer is, you may or may not need to reschedule.

3. If it is your first time here, i will ask you to sign a Covid consent form.  Basically telling you that i am doing everything in my power to keep you and myself safe.

4. Once you are on the table, I will wash my hands before touching you and then when session is ended.  

5.  After you leave, I sanitize the room with EPA registered cleaning supply.  I will then remove used smock and face mask and get cleans ones on for next client.
