In today's world, we all are in such a hurry we all forget to listen and just "be". Each session will begin with you telling me what your needs and your expectations are for your session.  This will allow me to focus my efforts to address those areas where you can relax and just "be" for that time. 

I am comfortable massaging people with a variety of diagnosis', problems from musculature,  stress, fibromialgia, scar restrictions to cancer survivors.  I offer a variety of techniques that include myofascial release technique, lymphatic massage, scar release, traditional massage and Reiki.  

If you are a first time client and have not yet seen me, please print off FIRST TIME CLIENT HEALTH HISTORY FORM    or go to the CLIENT FORM  (see link at left side of site).  Fill it out and bring to your appointment.  If not, one will be provided for you to fill out at the office.
